By commissioning me, you have read and agreed to these terms.- THE ARTISTI retain copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights of the commission and work in progress (sketches, drafts, timelapses), which includes but is not limited to: printing (with Client's permission), self promotion, display on websites, social medias and portfolios.I have right to decline your commission request for personal reasons.I have right to alter my Terms of Service at any time. New terms do not apply for orders started on old terms.- THE CLIENTClient must be above 18 years old to order a commission.Commissions are for personal use only: gifts, display on social medias for profile pictures, banners, print and display in personal spaces.Commission for V-tuber clients: Except for personal use, any usage related to V-tuber activities (streams, videos, advertisements, merchandise or any similar monetized instances) are considered commercial works and must be discussed beforehand.Do not use the work in progress I provide to commission other artists. Do not trace, edit, resell or make profit from the commission.Usage of the commission for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain, is strictly prohibited.- PAYMENTPay only after confirming commission100% upfront via PayPal invoice for commission under $500 (USD)Payment Plan is optional for commission above $500: 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.Invoice time can be arranged to fit client's request. All invoices are due within 7 days by default, unless there are other agreements. Invoices past the due date will be cancelled along with the commission.Commission paid earlier will be prioritized in the commission list. Paid commission will have a deadline listed on Commission List.REFUND POLICYFull refund = The net amount I received after Paypal transaction fee deduction.Full refund can be requested via email before work begins.No refunds are possible after work begins or after delivery of the final artwork. Please make revisions during the earlier stages to prevent any dissatisfaction.When a Payment Plan is applied, it is possible to cancel at delivery of the sketch, the 50% upfront payment will not be refunded.When I am unable to finish the work due to unforeseen reasons (natural disasters, illness,…) or miss the deadline without giving notice, I will give full refund.Client agrees that they will not issue chargebacks and the refund policy mentioned above will be followed. Please always contact me first to resolve any issue.TIMELINE & PROCESSI will work following the order and deadlines on Commission List. If for any reason I need to extend the deadline, I will give you a notice as soon as possible. If you have a specific deadline in mind, please provide it in Commission Form.Progress is divided into 3 stages: sketch → line art and color/shading draft → finished artwork.For no Background art, time between sketch and finished artwork is around 2 to 4 weeks, no longer than 4 weeks if nothing occurs suddenly.Final artwork will be sent via email or google drive link in .png image format. This does not include the working files (.psd). File will be of highest resolution (300dpi).REVISIONSMaximum of 3 revisions (3 rounds) in the sketch stage, 2 revisions in lineart and color stage, free of charge. Additional fees will be charged for further revisions.Free revisions are limited to what was agreed upon in Commission Form and minor changes. Major revisions outside the scope of the Form which require redrawing (pose & outfit change, add background, etc) will cost additional fee. Sometimes I may offer changes for the composition that I think will fit your requirement, the final decisions are yours and my suggestions are all free.Please give feedback within 3 days. On day 3, I will send a reminder in case you miss my previous email. If there's still no contact after 3 days, I will start the next stage without waiting for approval to not cause delay on the Commission List.

HOW TO ORDER

  • To place order, please send an email to [email protected] with the above informations.

  • Please provide good quality images of your character design, no blurry images and unfinished sketch.

  • NSFW: please do not send explicit images without warning, you can describe the action in text and I will ask for reference if needed.

  • If you want to order multiple commissions, please separate the forms by number (Commission 1, Commission 2,...) and send them in the same email.

  • After confirming Commission I will reply to your email and proceed with payment.
